This is truly an incredible resource for any baker, newbie to experienced. I have followed Miriam's blog (@overtimecook) for years and her recipes are always amazing. They are well written, clear, and do not use hard to find ingredients. Some blog favourites are in the new full color cookbook (special mention has to go to the Lemon Cheesecake Mousse Cups, they are divine and grace the sweet table at every event I have made since trying them), but its mostly full of new and exciting recipes. I have only had the cookbook for a week and Ive already enjoyed so many recipes. The Snickerdoodle bundt cake was absolutely perfect, as was the Caramel Apple Bundt. My family loved the Caramel Pie, and Cookie Dough Fudge Pie. An added feature is the library of glazes and frostings in the book, allowing you to make any recipe and customize it with the perfect glaze. Miriam also offers you tips about ingredients, kitchen tools, and planning ahead. I helped recipe test for this cookbook and can tell you how incredible these recipes are, I can also say that Miriam had the recipes tested and then listened to the feedback from her testers. These recipes are tried and true and Im sure you'll love them, who wouldn't love Something Sweet?

Yet through the darkest periods of her life -- divorce, drug-use, cancer, financial ruin, the death of a spouse, and alcoholism -- she never lost her humanity or sense of humor.
Charlotte's story is far from over. She is set to reprise her role of Betty Briggs in the new Twin Peaks series to be seen on Showtime in 2017. Throughout the year, she is a featured celebrity in fan events and festivals for Little House on the Prairie and Twin Peaks both in the U.S. and abroad.
Co-author Andy Demsky is a writer and journalist, whose work has been published in the San Francisco Chronicle, Los Angeles Times magazine and Better Homes & Gardens, and he co-wrote Doug Shafer's critically acclaimed memoir, A Vineyard in Napa.

About the Author
Charlotte Stewart is an actress with a 50 year career in television and film. She is best known for her role as schoolteacher Miss Beadle in the classic 1970s television series "Little House on the Prairie" as well as for her role as Betty Briggs in the iconic television show "Twin Peaks," a role she will reprise in the 2017 "Twin Peaks" reboot on showtime. Her film career includes roles in films such as Eraserhead, Tremors, and Cheyenne Social Club.

Amazing story, amazing woman!

Charlotte Stewart has amazed me with her story. She has proven that there is so much more to her than just the iconic characters that she has played. This book is a must read for all Little House, Twin Peaks, and Eraserhead fans. Charlotte is brutally honest in this no holds barred memoir.

Fun book

This was a fun book to read. Stewart's breezy approach is very appealing. I lost track of how many celebrities she rubbed shoulders with, and sometimes more, in her years in Hollywood. It was so interesting to read her memoirs of the LHOP show as an adult. I've read all the child actors' books who played in the show. Stewart's book is right up there next to Alison Arngrim's as my favorite. I remember watching Tremors for the first time and thinking 'there's Miss Beadle on a roof, in the middle of nowhere.'
Read this book to get the scoop on good stuff!

Fascinating look behind the curtain at Hollywood in the 60s and beyond

This was a really interesting novel from Charlotte Stewart not only about her life (as a human and as an actress) but also about her battle with alcoholism and her recovery.

I really loved the easy way this read - there was not a lot of jumping around in time or flashbacks. It's all mostly chronologically told from her childhood through her current life.

Of course most will pick this book up to read more about the behind the scenes stories from Little House On the Prairie as this is the first memoir from one of the adults points of views. It's definitely worth it for that but she doesn't dig TOO deep into it (for that, head over and pick up Alison Arngrim's book on that, so so so good). She does devote a little bit of time though and what's nice is you get to hear about the actors and actresses before and after the show as well and how it's been like with the resurgence of all of the fan events.

Charlotte's life has been utterly fascinating and inspiring and I am so glad that I happened upon this memoir!

Managing Maintenance Shutdowns and Outages

This is a very good Turnaround book. I particularly like the scope development and validation section. Other interesting features correspond to the master scheduling sections as related to different phases of the turnaround.

It would have been good if presented more details about the phases of the Turnaround Management Process.

The review of project management theory is okay. However, I would stress the project management concepts as applied to maintenance work.
